Add "Write Empty/Blank field values" to Phone Processor

The CiviCRM Address processor has an option that allows address fields to be "unset" if there is no data

Write empty/blank fields values.
If a mapped field's value is empty/blank it will still be sent to CiviCRM when this setting is enabled.

However there is no way to "unset" or clear a phone number using the CiviCRM Phone processor, because the equivalent option is not there. Could this please be added to the Phone processor?
