Removed RICentities with transport type in their name #78

Some RICentities has a transport type in their name.
This information should be indicated upstream in the source file.
This update must do :

for RICentity with transport ype list the original names
for all flows using those original names, add the tranport type
for all original names in entity_names change the RICname to the version without the transport type

We need as a starting point with three columns: RICname with transport, RICname, transport_type
