some of us have questions that are neither bugs nor feature requests
... therefore it would make sense to create (or promote) an fff user forum where we could ask and answer questions.
Does such a forum exist? If so, perhaps it could be advertised in the README of this repository or as a sticky issue. If not, what would you suggest as a low-overhead platform for asking and answering questions? (One thought: could fff could be made into a stackexchange label? That would be an easy approach...)

Update: I noticed that stackoverflow already has a fake-function-framework tag that's been used 4 times (now 5)! So I'll continue that trend and suggest that stackoverflow is a reasonable forum for fff related questions.
And since I have some recommended changes for the README file, the noble thing would be for me to create a PR for an updated README with the corrections and an additional "Getting Help" section. Soon...
