Since updating to v1.6.1 homeassistant is no longer recording the energy costs in the energy dashboard, going into energy configuration show the following against both gas gas and electric cost sensors

The following entities do not have the expected state class

after reverting back to v1.5.1 the configuration error goes away

homeassistant version 2023.4.6

I can see in the diff between 1.5.1 and 1.6.1 that the sensor state classes have all been set to none, I was under the impression that to use the HA energy dashboard sensors must have the state class set correctly I.e. total or similar

I can confirm the same issue happening to me:

I'll revert as well until fixed.
