And then we can sort resources based on vote count or rating system.

I like this suggestion.
Do you have any idea with current structure?

I dont think storing votes on on static files makes sense... I think we can trigger a AWS Lambda (serverless) to a database...

I don't want to include backend for now, because make this repository complex.
