Nav bar not responsive to font size. Navbar media breaks to early,

Description

Navbar media break is set to 1023px, might have been coded because Navbar itself is not responsive.

Steps to reproduce

1. Slowly make viewport smaller
2. navbar items start to wrap
3. navbar goes into hamburger icon at 1023px
