🐞 [Bug]: macOS version cannot import full channel set

What did you do?

I clicked on a meshtastic QR URL for a full channel replacement

Expected Behavior

Meshtastic app should have replaced all the channels on my device with the channels from the URL

Current Behavior

Meshtastic app produced an error Channels being added from the QR code did not save. When adding channels the names must be unique
