Unable to open most profiles from following/followers screens

Describe the bug
In the following/followers screens, tapping on someone does nothing (at least in like 99% of cases). I have absolutely no idea why it works that very small portion of the time, but it doesn't work more often than not.
To Reproduce

1. Open someone's profile.
2. Click on their number of followers or number of follows
3. Attempt to tap on someone in that list.
   Expected behavior
   The profile should open reliably.
