Wrong developer version when downloading from mGBA.io

When you go to mGBA.io and check on the start page this is shown: Latest Development Version: 7038-ccafcf7

I download the Windows (64-bit, .7z archive) under Development downloads but in the .7z file the mGBA folder is labeled as this: mGBA-build-2021-06-20-win64-7037-b1ff5782010428307ffb397b66e2987dbdb2b627

This is the first time it have happened.

This is a known issue where it can reindex the most recent one wrong if two (or more) revisions get built at the same time, but the older revision finishes building later. The upload script will overwrite the latest file with it since the script itself doesn't know there's a newer one.

It's not a big issue for me at all, I just assumed something were wrong since I never encountered this before.

Should the issue be closed or left open?
