Summary

The disableClick prop was introduced for use in ic-pagination-bar and is @internal. Suggestions that exposing this would allow a developer using the tooltip around a non-clickable element could use this prop to ensure a screen reader does not read the element as clickable.

Care would be needed so that disableClick and disableHover could not be used in conjunction.
