Sorry, I couldn't implement this last year because I was busy. I'll do it within this week.

I checked the feature last week and it seems that OrderingKey is only supported by asynchronous publish methods.
This plugin uses synchronous method and I think that some modifications will be required to move to asynchronous methods.
So it is difficult to implement soon.
