Spotify close my premium account: "you will not create unauthorized copies relating to our service"

I recently jailbreak my Psvita 1000 and i search for an app like this. I use for a week and with no warning they close my spotify account.

Is there any harm with this application or if i explain to spotify that is an app for personal use they will understand?
