TS Issues with Sprite

As I was having issues with vite and pixi.js I went for a create-react-app base and that seems to work a lot better however I keep getting the following TS error:

ERROR in src/components/Bunny.tsx:9:6

TS2322: Type '{ anchor: Point; texture: Texture<Resource>; }' is not assignable to type 'InteractiveComponent'.
  Property 'anchor' is incompatible with index signature.
    Type 'Point' is not assignable to type '(event: InteractionEvent) => void'.
      Type 'Point' provides no match for the signature '(event: InteractionEvent): void'.
     7 | function Bunny({ ...props }) {
     8 |   return (
  >  9 |     <Sprite
       |      ^^^^^^
    10 |       anchor={centerAnchor}
    11 |       texture={PIXI.Texture.from(bunny)}

Hi @petertellgren, can you provide minimal reproduction of this in codesandbox?

The bunny example seems to be running fine with latest versions:

@michalochman that did solve that TS issue and the canvas worked for a few seconds before the following error happened which seems related to the bug/issue raised with here vite.

Compiled with problems:X
