Emu68 1.1 Alpha - Stealth mode initiates on any reset on Pistorm32lite (doesn't wait for 4-second press)

Stealth mode doesn't wait for a 4-second reset to activate. It activates following a reset via:

• Reset switch attached to Rastport Gayle adapter, even it pressed quickly and not held
• CTRL-A-A (Ctrl-Win-win) on a PC Keyboard attached via Elbox PC-Key 1200

On Emu68 version 1.0.6 stealth mode only activates with a 4-second or longer press of the reset switch (the ctrl-A-A option doesn't work because the PC-key adapter initiates a reset quickly, ignoring how long the keys are pressed for).

This is with a Pi4.
