First of all: Great peace of Software - i wished i had some pistorm/Emu68 in the time i run my Mailbox system 1991-1997...
I use a Ripple IDE (5194/7) in an A2000 E-ATX Board with A2K Classic Pistorm. With Emu1.0.x it was working fine (sporadically on some boots the devices where not found, but a powercycle always fix this problem).
Since i use Emu1.1 there is no chance anymore to get it back online (replaced the CF Card already with a USB Stick on Pi (which is working really fine!). but the Attached CD reader is unusable.
Very intresting: Showconfig show the Card:

But lide.device is not loaded, and i'm not able to access any attached device. Even if i copy the lide.device to DEVS:, it is not loaded and CDROM is not working...
Also there is no difference if i'm running OS3.2 or OS3.9.
