Explain why activesupport is banned

Isn't it faster to just add those 3 points to the project's readme? I'm seeing loads of old issues like this in the project that would be useful for people if they were in the readme. Something like:

Submission policy:

• We don't accept ActiveSupport as a dependency because X and Y.

Done.
