What sample tool are you using?
Using the latest available Power BI template.

Describe the bug
The transcript widget is unable to load some of the user conversations.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Transcript page in the Power BI report
  2. Click on the conversations
  3. Error message comes up in widget
  4. Error message :- Transcript can not be loaded. JSON invalid
