The SharePoint SSO example currently uses botframework-webchat v4.15.9: https://github.com/microsoft/CopilotStudioSamples/blob/master/SharePointSSOComponent/package.json#L20.

I would like to upgrade to v4.16.0 (https://github.com/microsoft/BotFramework-WebChat/releases/tag/v4.16.0) to leverage the new Markdown reference list feature (microsoft/BotFramework-WebChat#4841).

However, I am unable to do so, possibly due to the error explained in this issue: microsoft/BotFramework-WebChat#4975.

Any comments or recommendations? Thanks!
