Citations are not showing up as linkable in a response

Describe the bug
When I ask a question in the Chatbot, and it answers from the knowledgebase that I have primed it with, I get a citation number, but no way of connecting to the original document that the citation is from.

Expected behavior
The citation number should be a hyperlink with an icon indicating that this can be connected to
