Can't get library to be built #229

Hey guys,
I downloaded VS2015 and got ffmpeg built but when i tried to build the library then these errors appear:

Then i try to build library from other branch but same errors still happened.
P/S: English is not my mother tongue; please excuse any errors on my part

Use VS2017. I thinked we moved on from 2015 a while ago, to use more of the C++ standard functions.
