Filters for Adding/Subtracting duration to a datetime

Is there any supported filter or method for adding a specified duration to a datetime? E.g. given a datetime of 2021-08-30T10:00:00-05:00 and a duration of 60 minutes, I should see an output of 2021-08-30T11:00:00-05:00.
