Use "Mouse Scroll" to Cycle Between Custom FZ Layouts WHILE Dragging a Window

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Use Mouse Scroll (and/or TAB) to cycle between custom FZ layouts WHILE dragging a window.
This would only change the layout for the active monitor unless the custom layout spans across monitors.

The layout shortcut "Win + Ctrl + Alt + selected key" takes three hands if you are using a mouse.

Scenario when this would be used?

WHILE dragging a window to a zone IF two or more custom zones have been defined.

I can see this problem too, but I'd recommend an alternative solution. What about using mouse scroll instead of TAB. In this case, you will need only one hand instead of 2 or 3 ;)
