Switch primary mouse button with a shortcut

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I use my mouse in my left hand a lot and switch quite often. When I use it in my left hand, I also switch the primary mouse button from left to right. It would be nice if this was a shortcut feature in powertoys.

Scenario when this would be used?

I have a laptop and when working from home or office I tend to switch hand for controlling the mouse. It would be nice if the process is a lot simpler because I switch it a lot. Also when doing RPD, it would be nice if I could switch it quick because the buttons are not transferred to the remote PC. So a shortcut would be nice and I could switch quick.

I think this would be solved with #3364, since theoretically you could assign each mouse click to the other.
