Description of the new feature / enhancement
In toolbar position dropdown 4 extra position options that are horizontally halfway between the "corner" positions and the "middle" positions
or alternatively additional settings allowing left/right horizontal offset (in pixels for example
Scenario when this would be used?
I mainly use my machine with 2 windows open/active at any one time each taking half the screen space one on the left and one on the right
The Video Conference Mute toolbar tends to end up sitting on top of controls/buttons in those applications
applications always have standard windows buttons in the top left and top right corners
they often have additional controls in the bottom "status" bar also in their left and right corners
e.g.
-
if toolbar is in top right corner position then the window close/minimise buttons of the right hand window are covered
-
if toolbar is in top middle corner position then the window close/minimise buttons of the left hand window are covered
-
if toolbar is in bottom right corner position then buttons in the bottom status bar of the right hand window are covered and if in bottom middle position then it covers things in right hand corer of left hand window
nowhere will be perfect but if it ended up in the mid point of the left right windows then it may cover fewer things!
