NVIDIA-SMI couldn't find libnvidia-ml.so library in your system

Hi, I encountered a problem while configuring nvidia.
My Windows run nviddia-smi correctly, but it failed in my WSL2, here are the results.

Download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:

Invoke-WebRequest -UseBasicParsing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/microsoft/WSL/master/diagnostics/collect-wsl-logs.ps1" -OutFile collect-wsl-logs.ps1
Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1

The script will output the path of the log file once done.

If this is a networking issue, please use collect-networking-logs.ps1, following the instructions here

Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.

I tried to install the nvidia-cuda-toolkit with sudo apt install nvidia-cuda-toolkit, and it give the wrong:

(base) york@MARGUERITE:~$ nvidia-smi
NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running.

@aalex1945 有点忘记了，好像修改了部分软链接，按照常理来说，重新下的话就不会出这个问题，记得要删干净
