What

Add a new CLI option call changeDir that allows changing the change folder name

Why

Fixes #968

How Tested

  • ✅ Added unit tests
  • Built, exported tgz and ran locally in a new repo:
    • ✅ Creating changefile created file to myChangeFolder
    • ✅ Creating changelog grabbed change files from myChangeFolder
