Would like this page to be more like a jumping off point for other security topics

Would like the page updated to point to quite a bit of the other content in the playbook and also in Solutions Playbook (public version only) for topics where more depth is needed.

See what got moved to public and get the rest of the EFP pages updated before re-doing this page.
