[CoE Starter Kit - BUG] BYODL_CoEDashboard_August2024 semantic model refresh error "Flow ID in Table Flows contains a duplicate value"

Describe the issue

The semantic model for "BYODL_CoEDashboard_August2024" started to fail on March 8th with the error:

"Column 'Flow ID' in Table 'Flows' contains a duplicate value '368dc03a-9f75-ef11-ac20-6045bd5f97d3' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table. Table: Flows."

We are now also facing this issue. We also noticed the "PowerPlatformAdminAnalytics-DF" dataflow to fail a bunch of times due to duplicates.

Same issue with semantic model refresh in Power BI although in our case the dataflow is running successfully.

The flow that corresponds to the ID listed in the error message in Power BI is

SLAInstanceMonitoringWarningAndExpiryFlow

This flow exists in multiple environments in the tenant and has the following information:

• It is part of a solution called 'Service Level Agreement (SLA) Extension'
• It's description is 'Extension solution for Dynamics 365 workload for service level agreements.'
• It appears to have been installed in all managed environments in the tenant

Is there anything we can do to mitigate/workaround this issue while waiting for the May release? We really need our COE dashboard working asap.

Same Issue and we have raised here - #9764

@pbattini did provide a work-around in #9764 which is:

To resolve this, you can clear all data from the Flows table and then manually run the sync flow: Admin | Sync Template v4 (Flows) > This will cleanly repopulate the table with the latest flow inventory data and typically resolves the Power BI publishing issue.

I have asked him to confirm if we can apply the manual fix till this is fixed in Power Platform CoE kit.

Same issue here, clearing the tables and running the flows wouldn't work. I have set the COE with data export and the dataflow has flow ids duplicated (even 180 rows with the same id). I understand this is an issue and shouldn't happen, but can I do anything from my side to make the COE work?
