Hi,

I want to send notifications for inactivity process or orphaned objects to my team rather than one person can take action. What happens if I replace individual person with group/shared mailbox

@Koti-powerapps 'admin_approvaladmin' variable is being used in following flows:

In the Admin | Inactivity notifications v2 (Start Approval for Apps) flow scenario, admin_approvaladmin is used only as a recipient, even if you use 'group/shared mailbox', Email will be sent to all members. No issue.

However, if the admin_approvaladmin email is used in "Start and wait for an approval" action. In those scenarios:

• Approval requests must be tied to an individual licensed user.
• Shared mailboxes or groups can't receive/respond to actual approvals in the Power Automate Approvals tab.
