Does this bug already exist in our backlog?

  • I have checked and confirm this is a new bug.

Describe the issue

Hello,
A user had some connexion issue used on multiple flow.
But after checking in the application 'Power Platform Admin view" or power bi report only the connexion was show, no trace of the flow he mention. (there not new they have been around for more than 6 months)
So my question we have around 130 environment, how many flow or app are in shadow and not listed in inventoring.

There no issue with the flow for inventoring and run sometime a full inventoring.
What can a i do or run to have them show in inventoring ?

Regards

@fim34 This is my understanding: A connection used in multiple flows is visible in the Power Platform Admin View and Power BI report, but the associated flows are not appearing—even though they’ve existed for over 6 months. You're concerned that similar “shadow” flows may exist across the 130 environments and would like to know how to ensure all flows are inventoried.
Please confirm if I’ve captured this correctly.

@fim34 Ensure the Exclude from Inventory field to No for all the environments you would want to inventory. I also recommend setting the is All Environments Inventory environment variable to No. For environments where you don’t want to track the inventory, set the Exclude from Inventory field to Yes. This will reduce flow throttling by ensure API limits are within the limit.

If you find sync flows taking time to execute, it's an indication of throttling. So, add a process license so that the flow has its own larger pool of API calls to pull from.

Checking in many environment and the one where we have the connexion but not the flow related to this connexion.
its to "no "and the service account who run the flow use already a power automate premium licence.
