[FEATURE] Enable Workspace Identity at workspace creation with mkdir

Use Case / Problem

Currently, it is not possible to enable a Workspace Identity during creation when using the mkdir command. To streamline automation, it would be ideal to enable this identity at the moment of creation . This would allow for immediate RBAC assignment without the need for a secondary manual step.

Proposed Solution

Update mkdir command, maybe with a flag --create-workspace-identity
