Example uses invalid configuration value, fab_encryption_fallback_enabled -> encryption_fallback_enabled
Context: example doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

Run the azure-pipeline.yml and see the error of invalid config key.

Expected Behavior

Azure-pipeline.yml complete succesfully with no errors.

Actual Behavior

Pipeline failed on 'fab config set' command.
