Can't deploy multiple prompt flows under same VM

Every time I go to deploy a prompt flow it has two options
1.New
2.Existing

The first option create a new resource and a new (url)endpoint, new api Key etc... The second option uses a existing (url)Endpoint,Api key but with different azure model name .
When am using the existing endpoints url in the deployment page am forced to choose a SKU for the prompt flow

My Questions are:
1.Is deploying every prompt flow needs a SKU ?
2.The SKU spins a new VM for every flow?
3.Is there any way I can deploy multiple Prompt flows under one SKU?
4.Can I use Computing instance to deploy my flows?
5.What is the Environment option in deployment?

6.is environment can be used to share a single SKU?
