A prompt for creating a single file HTML that explains the technical concepts of a given technology, e.g. cosmos db.
This should be an agent/chatmode so that the tools it can use are defined like microsoft docs and context7.
I'm creating a shareable version of this concept which I've used in the past with success for upskilling on unfamiliar technology.
Requirements
