Support webpack placeholders #16

How about webpack placeholders support, such as:

[hash], [chunkhash], [name], [filebase], [query], [file]

I think this is a really useful feature.

Example:

const LicenseCheckerWebpackPlugin = require("license-checker-webpack-plugin");

module.exports = {
  plugins: [
    new LicenseCheckerWebpackPlugin({
      outputFilename: "ThirdPartyNotices.[query].txt" 
    })
  ]
};
