Will there eventually InvokeOp methods in c api for invoking contributed operator?

Currently there seems absence of c api methods for invoking the contributed operator. Is there a milestone for making such c api in future?

I think contributed ops can already be invoked using this mechanism, but I can't see a way of making an OrtKernelInfo in the C API yet.
