Upgrade waitress Dependency to 3.x.x

We are using promptflow (v1.16.1) and promptflow-tools (v1.4.0) in our project, we are reaching out regarding a security vulnerability related to the waitress package, which is currently set at version 2.1.2 in both promptflow and promptflow-tools. There is an important security advisory recommending an upgrade of waitress to version 3.0.1 or higher to address this issue.

Our requirements include maintaining security compliance, so an upgrade to waitress 3.x.x is necessary. However, as promptflow and promptflow-tools currently specify waitress==2.1.2, we are unable to make this upgrade without losing compatibility.

Would it be possible to release a version of promptflow and promptflow-tools that supports waitress 3.0.1 or higher?
