azd up command causing the error "downloading bicep: Get "https://downloads.bicep.azure.com/v0.38.33/bicep-linux-x64": context canceled" #868
Description
In the guide document, it is mentioned that user has the option to use azd up as this calls azd provision anyway. However, the following error message is caused when calling azd up:
ERROR: initializing infrastructure provider: failed resolving IaC provider 'bicep': downloading bicep: Get "https://downloads.bicep.azure.com/v0.38.33/bicep-linux-x64": context canceled
When using the azd provision instead, the bicep is downloaded smoothly.
