I updated ReactXP to supporting latest ReactNative ( tested using 0.70.4 ) #1401

Hello,
Like many people we were in trouble when reactXP project was abandoned. We had to keep our app running.
So I had to bite the bullet and get the ReactXP project updated to work with latest ReactNative (0.70.4). We primarily use ReactXp for Web, Android and iOS platform. So I only worked on those platforms. Others might or might not work.
