Excluded Paths in Bandit scanner ignored #39

Tried following:
"ExcludedPaths": "./dir"
"ExcludedPaths": "dir"
"ExcludedPaths": "dir/"
"ExcludedPaths": "./dir/*"

mb it's related to PyCQA/bandit#657
Please, upgrade bandit 1.6.3 to the newest version.
