Enhancement

Today, the breaking change feature shows both "Apis" and "Environments" after selecting an API Center instance to use for breaking change spec comparison. This enhancement proposes removing environments as it's not useful/needed for comparing specifications - specifications are only stored in API Center in API definitions, not environments.
