Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

Sign in with Microsoft account in VS Code.
Navigate to "Account & Tenants" view -> Single click on the tenant item without clicking the checkbox.
Check whether the checkbox can be checked or unchecked with a single click on the tenant item.

Expect:
The checkbox can be checked or unchecked with a single click on the tenant item.

Actual:
The checkbox can't be checked or unchecked with a single click on the tenant item.

More Info:
The tenant checkbox just can be checked or unchecked with a single click on the checkbox.
