Deselected subscription still appears in resource view when logged in with two Microsoft accounts on the same tenant

Repro Steps:

1. Sign in with two Microsoft accounts which have the same tenant.
2. F1 -> Select "Select Subscriptions".
3. Deselect the subscription.
4. Check whether deselected subscription disappears on the resource view.

Expect:
Deselected subscription disappears on the resource view.

Actual:
Deselected subscription still appears in the resource view.

More Info:

1. This issue only reproduces when deselecting a different account's subscription under the same tenant.
2. This issue does not reproduce when logged in with one Microsoft account.
