Remove warning for properties inside ICSS `:import` blocks #401

As for this issue which was for the :export block, it would be nice not to get unknowProperties warnings when using :import. For example:

:import("something.scss") {
  __customProperty: customProperty;
}

Currently shows the warning:

Unknown property: '__customProperty' scss(unknownProperties)
