If you refresh, does it go away?

This list does not update optimistically when you close a PR or cancel an agent session, which I think it should do (preemptively removing it from the list) - @osortega

For my scenario, it did not go away after refresh.

@bpasero yes, this is still the case for two flows:

• I close PR and don't press any sort of refresh buttons myself
• I close PR and use Refresh Pull Request option from PR context menu

Steps:

• Select PR in GHPR Copilot on My Behalf
• PR webview opens in editor
• Close the PR via Close PR button in PR webview
• PR is closed
• ❓ Status is not updated in Copilot on My Behalf:
  • 
  • Even if I use Refresh Pull Request option from PR context menu, PR remains as open in Copilot on My Behalf list:
    • 
• If I instead use the refresh button at the top of the PR list, status is updated (in that the PR disappears from the list):
