Single Detail Panel: Adjust left and right padding to align with below content

Left edge of tabs hangs over content below and '...' menu hover state isn't right-aligned with buttons below

Expected:

If you're open to it, I'd also be down to increase the top padding to 8px to align on all sides

Note:
There seems to be additional padding on the '...' button in particular?

I stumbled upon this issue while onboarding and took a look at both the current UI and the code history. I can confirm that the editor header has been substantially redesigned since the original screenshot, notably in #329191, #329253, #329270, #329783, and #331945. The Create PR action has moved to the Agents Window title bar, and the editor title actions/tab layout were restructured and given focused spacing/hover validation.

In the current UI, the original alignment comparison no longer exists. I also checked the current computed styles: the trailing overflow action has no generated ::after content or pseudo-element margin. The remaining Sessions-specific tabs-bar-add-tab::after is the intentional separator after the + Add Tab control.

Given that, this looks resolved/obsolete as a result of the redesign rather than through a narrow fix specifically for this issue.
