Is this project still maintained?

I'm trying to test some projects, like the build-results-enhancer. But when I upload the VSIX it says uses an invalid category Developer Samples. But when I update the category to "Azure Pipelines", the npm run build failes, because it doesn't recognize that category. I tried updating the TFX tooling and the project itself. But now I'm getting compile errors.
