When having a day off from Thursday to Monday with Saturday and Sunday are non-working days, I believe it should be counted as 3 days off rather than 5 days off. The same also applies if Friday is actually a day off for everyone/team, then it should be counted as 2 days off.
This behavior is already present in sprint capacity planning on sprint board. Or is there a consideration for this calculation? Personally, I don't think any value in counting Saturday and Sunday if they're non-working days.
