Certificate missing or null when deploying

I get the above issue when deploying to azure, locally everything runs ok.

Perhaps you are running into an issue similar to this:

Obviously there is some kind of discrepancy between your local setup and the cloud setup, so without any other details it's going to be difficult to help you. Keep in mind, the repo contains many samples and many different deployment options across them and you haven't really provided any details so far.
