Create a phone app synchronized to watch

Create independent app (Normal interval timer)
Connect to watch for basic actions like downloading tcx files
Automatic strava uploads
Option to see workouts from the phone
Option to create timers from the phone
Realtime workouts showing heart rate, reps and other data on the phone coming from the watch
